Configuring Application Filter Settings
To configure application filters, complete the following steps:

Click the Policies tab.

In the center pane, navigate to Application Filters > Settings.

To update the filter database, click Update Filter Database. The scheduler displays.

Select Immediate or specify a future date and time.

Click Accept.

To enable application filtering, check Enable Application Filtering.

Click Update. The scheduler displays.

Select Immediate or specify a future date and time.

Click Accept.

Click Update. The scheduler displays.

Select Immediate or specify a future date and time.

Click Accept.

Enter the address range for the application filters exclusion list by entering a beginning IP address range in the Address Range Begin field and an ending IP address in the Address Range End field.

Click Add. The scheduler displays.
