Configuring Keywords
The Keywords list is used to block access to domain names by keyword. This provides a second line of defense against objectionable material. For example, if the keyword “xxx” was included in the list, the site “www.new-site.com/xxx.html” would be blocked.
This section describes how to add, import, or delete items from the Keywords list.
Adding Keywords
To add keywords, complete the following:

Click the Add New Keyword link.
The Add Keyword pop-up displays.

Enter the keyword in the Keyword text-field, then click OK. You can add several keywords at the same time by separating your entries with a semicolon “;”.
The scheduler displays:

Select Immediate or specify a future date and time.

Click Accept.
After a keyword list is added, you can enable it by clicking the check box next to the desired keyword list, then click Update. To disable it, un-click the check box, then click Update. You can also edit existing keyword lists by clicking the Edit icon.
Importing Keywords
To import a large number of keywords from a text-based list, complete the following:

Click Import..., the upload file window displays.

Click Choose File to upload a text-based (.txt) file containing the keywords list. The keywords in this text file must be separated by line breaks.

Click Import.
The scheduler displays:

Select Immediate or specify a future date and time.

Click Accept.
Deleting Keywords
To delete one or more keywords from the Keywords list, complete the following:

When you are finished, click the Delete Keyword(s) link.
The scheduler displays.
