Requesting Diagnostics for SonicWALL

To request diagnostics for SonicWALL appliances, complete the following steps:

1	Expand the System tree and click Tools. The Tools page displays.

2	To request diagnostics for the selected SonicWALL appliance(s), click Request Diagnostics. SonicWALL GMS schedules a task to request diagnostics for the selected SonicWALL appliances.

3	To view the diagnostics, navigate to Diagnostics > Snapshot Status on the Console panel.

4	In the Diagnostics Requested pull-down list, select the diagnostics that you want to review.

5	Click View SnapShot Data.
