Configuring ULA Settings
This section describes how to configure User Level Authentication (ULA) settings. ULA settings are not available on Enhanced firmware.
Configuring ULA settings
To configure ULA settings, complete the following steps:

Expand the Users tree and click User ULA Settings. The User ULA Settings page displays.

To only allow authenticated users to access the Internet, select Allow only authenticated users to access the Internet.

To allow unauthenticated users to access a service, select the service in Always allow these services and click Add. Repeat this step for each service to add.

To specify a range of IP addresses that are always allowed to access the Internet, enter the IP address in the Begin field and the size of the range in the Length field. Repeat this step for each range to add.

When you are finished, click Update. The settings are changed for each selected SonicWALL appliance. To clear all screen settings and start over, click Reset.
