1 Navigate to the Console > Management > Custom Groups page.

3 Enter Customer Code in both text fields.
4 Click OK.
5 Navigate to the Firewall tab.

7 Right-click each firewall device and select the Modify Procedures option.
8 Enter the Autotask Account Number for the matching customer in the CustomerCode field.
1 Navigate to the Console > Management > Settings page.
2 Disable Enforce Password Security.
This allows the passwords to be viewed through the Autotask management interface over a secure connection.
3 Click Update.
