Anti-Spam Service Status and Monitoring Status

Use the Anti-Spam > Status page to view the state of your licensing and monitoring.

 

Anti-Spam Service Status

The Anti-Spam Service Status section displays the expiration date of the Anti-Spam license, the number of nodes licensed, and the version of the Junk Store.

Monitoring Status

The Monitoring Status section displays a table with this information:

•	Monitored Servers—displays the servers being monitored:

•	SonicWALL Anti-Spam Service

•	SonicWALL Junk Store

•	Destination Mail Server

•	Current Status—displays the current status of the monitored servers:

•	Operational—The monitored service is up and running. This is displayed in green type.

•	Unavailable—The service is detected to be down. Check the connections to the remote system. This is displayed in red type.

•	Unknown—Probing has just started and the status of the service is not known at the moment. If the service is local, it may not be installed. This is displayed in red type.

•	Statistics—Displays a pop-up window with this probe statistics about the monitored service when you mouse over the statistics icon:
