        To configure a match object, perform the following steps:

        This section describes how to create an application list object, which can be used by 
Application Control policies in the same way as a match object.

        To configure an application list object, perform the following steps:
      
      
      
      
        You can control which applications are displayed by selecting one or more application 
categories, threat levels, and technologies. When the application list is reduced to a list that is focussed on your preferences, you can select the individual applications for your filter.
